Premium package

Our Premium package includes these added features:

  • Two-Way Voice – Emergency verification reduces false alarms
  • Fire Safety Monitoring – Monitors the temperature in your home in case of fire outbreak

All of the ADT home security features in the Essential package are also available in the Cellular package.

Cellular package

The Cellular package provides you with the added bonus of fire safety monitoring and CellGuard technology which allows your home security system to communicate with an ADT monitoring center without a working landline. This means that if your phone lines are cut, damaged by a storm or have fallen down, you are still protected.

Expanded package

The Expanded package includes all the features in each of the packages in the ADT monitoring pricing guide in one plan. Our packages are priced to meet your home security needs and provide the best possible protection for you, your family and your belongings.

As you can see in the ADT monitoring plans and features, we offer you the option of four different packages with a variety of features, each designed to specifically meet your home security needs. The home security equipment prices vary depending on the protection you want to make sure your family and home are safe whether you're home or away. All packages include the features found in the Essentials package. These include:

All plans require a Customer Installation Charge and 36-Month ADT Monitoring Agreement.
1 All plans include standard, manually-operated fire panic button on system panel, which must be depressed to alert ADT of smoke or fire. For automatic notification to ADT of smoke or fire, a smoke communicator must be purchased additionally to supplement equipment package. This communicator and functionality can be added to all monitoring plans.
2 Two-Way Voice is a convenient, hands free feature that allows you to communicate directly with a live ADT monitoring center dispatcher from almost anywhere in your home. The control panel acts as an intercom over which an ADT monitoring center dispatcher can verify an emergency in your home and provide assistance. The microphone in your control panel can pick up a normal talking voice from over 75 feet away, so you can communicate with a dispatcher even if you're injured and can't make it to the control panel.
3 CellGuard® back-up is a cutting-edge technology offered by ADT that enables your home security system to communicate with ADT's customer monitoring centers even if you do not have a landline. It also helps provide protection if your home telephone service is disrupted due to fallen lines, storms, construction or burglars cutting lines from the outside. ADT's monitoring centers connect directly with your home through cellular communications, eliminating these issues.
